We will do everything we can to make your shopping experience with Scratch Off Works positive, by delivering you a quality product and offering attentive customer service. We understand though sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and this timeframe varies from bank to bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com so we can help this to be resolved.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and ship your item to: Scratch Off Works, 19537 Lake Road, Rocky River, OH 44116.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Buyer no longer want the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Scratch Off Works. The buyer should make sure he or she want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after order submission. After an order has been submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all the items in that order.
To return your product, you should email us at info@scratchoffworks first. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. Mail your product to: Scratch Off Works, 19537 Lake Road, Rocky River, OH 44116 after you have received email confirmation from us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item otherwise.
